This build uses 2024 sorc's additional spell slots with DSS to attempt to make up for how hard sorc's been nerfed due to Aberrant and Clock getting nerfed and sorc's dip options getting a lot worse. It won't succeed; you're even moreso nearly objectively worse than wizard in 2024 due to sorc getting nerfed where it was unique and buffed where it's not.
